When you call to enroll in insurance it’s imperative that you are truthful about your income because when you go to file your income taxes your social security number is flagged and if you have made more than what I have documented they will charge you back the premiums. I had a client call me and tell me she owes the IRS $9,000 and her refund was $6,000 they took that and she’s on a payment plan for the remaining $3,000. It’s not worth not being up front about your income. If you willing aren’t truthful that’s considered FRAUD. Stating you have NO INCOME Disqualifies you! You must have a “income from working!”

I have returned from my time off and unfortunately I have to deliver some news. If You were enrolled in November or December 2022 tomorrow 1/31/2023 is the last day you can pay your 2023 insurance! If you were enrolled after December 15th 2022 your last day to pay your binder payment is 02/28/2023. The insurance companies went back and adjusted their dates to help accommodate. I have no access to taking binder payments at this point you will need to call your insurance companies direct. I’m very sorry but we have to adhere to the deadlines. There is NO MORE ENROLLMENT CHANGES, the enrollment period is closed unless you have a special enrollment period which would include the following:

1) A move from state to state or city to city within a 100 mile radius
2) Release from incarceration
3) Loss of coverage due to divorce, job loss or aging out of Medicaid

I’m very sorry, there isn’t much more I can do. Please call your insurance company direct and see if they can work with you if you need additional time. I am on the sales side, not customer service or billing.
