The 2nd photo was taken exactly 4 years after I sent the text in the first photo to my parents. This Mississippi lovin’ Texan knew the land I found on Texas Ave. was the winner the moment I saw it. Now my family and guests get to enjoy The CJ & make memories on the beautiful .

Ship Island is part of the Gulf Island National Seashore, one of the four barrier islands off the coast of Mississippi. Visitors can board a vessel from the Gulfport Yacht Harbor (5 mins from The CJ) and explore the island's emerald green waters, snorkel, hike, and explore its beaches. In addition to the cruise, passengers will be able to enjoy swimming, shelling, and sunbathing on the island's sandy beaches. Ship Island is protected by the national park system and preserved in its natural, unspoiled state.
