He is an alumnus of East Central High School and a graduate of Southern Miss, where he earned his degree in Mathematics with an education licensure. He also holds a master's degree in educational leadership from William Carey University.

He began his distinguished career at d'Iberville High School in the Harrison County School District, where he taught Algebra 1, served as the math department chair and coached baseball for the Warriors. His students achieved remarkable success, securing the second highest Algebra 1 scores in the state of Mississippi two years in a row.

As we close out the end of a FANTASTIC school year, we want to focus back on some exceptional CATEGORY 5 OPPORTUNITIES that our HURRICANES experienced.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month!

Mrs. Ayodele, with some positive mental health community panelists and members of the Mississippi Gulf Coast community, hosted a Mental Heath Matters seminar for WHHS seniors to understand that mental health not only includes our emotional wellbeing, but it also includes our psychological, and social wellbeing as well.

In order for the seniors of West Harrison High School as well as all other students across the Mississippi Gulf Coast understand how important a healthy mental is, they first have to understand how POWERFUL and OVERTAKING it can be. Mental health is so STRONG that it determines how we think, feel, and act, as well as how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices.

Thank you, Mrs. Ayodele and your WONDERFUL community partners and panelists for taking the time to CONVEY the message that their MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS and that they will ALWAYS have a SAFE SPACE or CONFIDANT within a moments notice.

We love our students and we want them to grow into Coping, Productive adults in today’s ever changing society!!

It’s okay to NOT be okay, but we will ALWAYS remember that we are ALWAYS HURRICANES STRONG! 🧡💚🧡💚
