Cost to install a water line?
Hilltop Lakes Water Supply Corporation is a non-profit, non-taxing and member-owned entity. Running water lines to individual lots costs absolutely nothing. The only setup fees are a $642 tap & meter charge, and an additional $300 bore charge if the water line must be run across the street.

Cost to install a septic system?
Typically, a standard in-ground, septic system runs from $5,000 to $6,000
