Do you have a dream that you want it so bad to come true? I had always wanted to ride a horse since I was a child and it did happen when I was 49. I had no idea that riding was not as easy as it looked. 😁 These big creatures have their own will to say lightly. I didn't just want to be an "okay" rider but I wanted to be good at it. I proved that I could do it and just like that I live my dream. I don't ride anymore since the craziness started and I miss it. Maybe someday when I have less things on my plate, I will ride again. In the mean time, I'll cherish this memory with Ben, the strong and fast haflinger. We naturally just connected and I will miss him forever! ❤

I am a big fan of skincare, a really good one as your skin is the largest organ of the body. They absorb everything you put on it into your blood stream within seconds and will end up in your internal organs such as your liver. I don't wear make up much but when I do I make sure they don't contain any of these below. Do you drink milk? I used to as I was growing up in a family dairy farm that we still own today. As a matter of fact, I drank milk more than I ate food when I was a toddler. When I moved to the US 21 years ago, I became sensitive to dairy. I didn't understand why until I did some research, met with some farmers and moms group. They explained to me how the cows were raised and fed but most importantly how the milk was processed. Pasteurization changed the nature of the milk, killing the enzyme, beneficial bacteria and homogenization breaks down the milk has smaller particles as compared to non-homogenised milk. As a result, during digestion, the tiny particles are absorbed by the bloodstream directly and thereby causing harm to your health, think cardiovascular diseases for one. I use milk to make desserts but I always choose grassfed, low temp pasteurized and non homogenized. Every so often I get Guernsey or Jersey cows raw milk from a local farm. Why? Their milk contain 12% more protein, 30% more cream, 33% more vitamin D, 25% more A and 15% of calcium. The flavor is richer and sweeter and I prefer it. I have talked about Bioenergetic Biofeedback or Meridian Stress Assessment (MSA) in the past and today I wanted to share what it has done for me personally. I completely displaced my left humerus a little over a year ago and underwent ORIF. I had to do OT for a few months and my shoulder was still stiff. The surgeon recommended for another surgery to fix my shoulder and I refused. Instead I had a MSA scan and it showed that shoulder just got locked up and needed proper stretching and exercises. I'm sure glad I don't get ther surgery because I would not have been able to handle it. My mom passed away from cancer almost 20 years ago in November. She never got to meet my wonderful husband in person, let alone being there at my wedding 5 months later.
