It's been a while that this page has been quiet. Well as the saying goes, "It's not over until the star lady sings!"
I'm still here, present, ready, conquered some fears and challenges, much better than before, prepared to face whatever circumstances, good or bad, come my way.
COVID-19 terrorized the whole world and no one can defeat this pandemic up to this time. Many people succumbed to this disease, friends, families, co-workers, neighbors, associates and still adding numbers on the list. We were locked down for 3 months, sheltered in place, many lost their jobs, furloughed, long lines to get our needs, panic buying, all these frustrating events, situations that affected us emotionally, mentally, physically. But the mostly affected aspect in our life during this pandemic is our financial state.

1. A career builder study found 78% of full time workers said they live paycheck to paycheck. Similar to Charles Swab study that found 3 out of 5 Americans living paycheck-to-paycheck.
2. $1 trillion is credit card debt. 43% holders carry a balance and 30% pay minimum amount monthly. $1,254 is paid in interest each year.
3. Americans owe $1.3 trillion in student loans, 7 million borrowers are in default.
4. 50% do not have a "rainy day" fund.
5. 48% Americans say their expenses are equal to or greater than their income. 18-25 yo is over half, up to 54%.
