Ken Goffstein has been providing real estate lending service since 1989. Prior to his career as a mortgage loan originator, Ken worked as a loan underwriter for the prestigious investment banking firm CS First Boston. His knowledge and experience in originating, processing and underwriting, allows him to provide customers with top-quality service combined with quick approvals.
Ken rejoined Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp. in Sept. 2019. NMLS #2289. “It’s an amazing company to work for. The technology is now second to none. I feel it is important to know all phases of the mortgage process to ensure a smooth, efficient closing. I take pride in what I do and feel that being able to take a loan from start to finish allows me to better serve my customers. At Fairway we have the tools and the programs to make this all possible." Ken said.
Ken graduated from Yeshiva University in New York City, with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. He has served on the board of Sinai Institute – an organization dedicated to enhancing the educational experience of children with special needs. He is also a former board member of his synagogue as well as several other community organizations. He has served as a March of Dimes “march for babies” coordinator for Northern NJ. He is an active member of several realtor and mortgage banking associations in the NY/NJ metro area. It is because of his unyielding concern for his clients, as well as his attention to detail and understanding of the process, that majority of his business is referred by satisfied clients.
A long time resident of Teaneck, NJ, Ken loves to spend his spare time enjoying traveling, sports and many activities with his wife and six children.
