Facebook turned on Dual Autentification without making me aware. My phone number and email address were not up-to-date. Even locked me out of messenger. Lot of hassle to get around all the BS.

Dual authentification is a good thing. Stops hackers from getting into your account. Because it requires a code from your phone in addition to your password in order to log in.

In the event, this may happen to you in the future; Please make sure your contact information (phone number and email address) are both up to date!
