Geez, totally forgot to share this one!! We finished up these client owned custom pieces last week!! A set of matching mid-century buffet and server were painted in Black Magic and the tops were stripped and stained red mahogany. Need hardware was added giving them a more modern look.
We added a new skill to our portfolio!! The top of the buffet was 'beyond repair' so we ordered new red mahogany veneer and cut to size and installed!! Tada!! Like new!!!

I was shown an inspiration pic of a room and then given room to be a little creative so this is what I came up with!! Whatcha think??

Hey guys!! Wow, is it HUMID!!! I'm literally watching paint dry!! Or not....
So, as I wait, let's play a little game!! Let's play 'Show Daria what colors you want pieces painted!'😁 Decor is changing a little so show me what styles and colors you all want!! Cause, well, if I don't paint what you want, I'll be outta business, lol!! And we don't want that, do we??!! And go!!!

A few pics of a recently finished client owned custom piece. It was painted in charcoal over black and distressed to match a piece purchased from us a while back. We cleaned up, added stain in places, then Restorafinish to the inside of the top and inside of the desk. The original hardware was painted black. She's awaiting pick up by her owner!!
Two other big custom jobs are 'in the works' in the shop!! They'll be finished up soon!! We are scheduling custom jobs for September!!! Msg for info!!

Finished up some small items this morning, they'll be headed somewhere next week but if someone is interested in one (or more😆) before that just let me know!! 😊

This one took a while, but check out this big gorgeous custom painted corner cabinet!!! My client requested a crackled, old cabinet look. The inside was painted the blue of her choosing, distressed with an antiquing glaze added to give it a worn look. The outside got painted blue also. Then a crackle medium was added sporatically before and antique white was added. The whole outside was sealed with 2 coats of a Matte finish and finally an antiquing wax was applied to both accent the crackled area and give it an old, well loved look.
