This is not a VYW run class, but I have heard enough wonderful things about it to trust that it is a great offering to our community. If you or someone you know is struggling with the pain of grief this is a place to find some peace ♥️

Our next Grief Yoga session will be held on Monday, August 5 at 6:00 pm at Taylor Road Log Cabin. This free class is open to any Hamburg adult resident, no registration required. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and block if you have one.
