Staub Precision Machine, a leading manufacturer in Hamburg, is looking to hire a Deburr Technician to
support our growing business. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing setting with
experience in deburring or finishing of metal parts. This position is located in the Hamburg, NY area.

Responsibilities Include:
- Perform manual deburring operations on machined metal parts
- Use pneumatic deburring tools to break edges, blend defects, etc.
- Learn and develop processes and techniques for deburring parts
- Inspect parts under magnification
- Verify part conformance and identify defects
- Operate automated deburring equipment
- Report production output, document work as required

Candidates should demonstrate the following skills & experience:
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, driven to succeed
- Good hand eye coordination
- Excellent fine motor skills
- Ability to work under a microscope for long periods of time
- Experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment
- Experience working in a deburring role is a plus but not required

Staub Precision Machine is seeking a Machine Operator who will performs a variety of job functions. This is an
entry-level job to the machine shop, with opportunities to learn and add to knowledge, skills, and responsibilities.
A successful candidate will become trained to setup, make tool changes and adjustments to CNC programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Follows work instructions and directions carefully and precisely.
- Prioritizes tasks in order to meet delivery goals.
- Inspects and measures parts to meet quality requirements.
- Communicates with co-workers and supervisor to receive instructions.
- Fixtures raw material and unloads finished parts.
- Prepares raw material for machining.
- Finishes or deburrs parts after machining.
- Tracks progress of orders and tasks on daily and weekly basis.
- Follows all safety procedures and wears safety equipment or apparel as required.
- Performs all job functions to meet acceptable quality and performance standards.
- Cleans machine, tooling and area around workstation on a daily basis.
- (May) Drive a fork lift truck to transport material for storage or delivery to another department.
- Other duties as assigned. Able to position and manipulate parts with the hands demonstrating manual
dexterity

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Machine shop or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in meeting output goals
- Demonstrated experience in prioritizing tasks to satisfy requirements
- Ability to work with a team

Staub Precision Machine, a leading manufacturer in Hamburg is looking to hire CNC Machinists. This position is
located in the Hamburg, NY area. The CNC Machinist must have at least 2+ years of set-up, operating, and
programming experience with CNC Machinery. The ideal candidate should also have a strong background in GD&T
and blueprint interpretation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Set-up, operate, and program CNC mills and/or CNC lathes.
- Create processing plans and select proper tooling for optimal machining results.
- Machine complex parts in production quantities using advanced automation. Typical materials are
aluminum, brass, stainless.
- Estimate and plan new projects and provide input on equipment needs.
- Work to improve efficiency and improve quality on existing machining projects.
- Work independently and with team members to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
- Maintain company quality and safety standards, record keeping, and equipment.
- Will have opportunity to work with advanced robotics and other automation that is paired with machining
centers.

Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with CNC Programming and Machining.
- Comfortable with setups and creating and interpreting CNC programs.
- Strong understanding of GD&T, datum structures, and design for manufacturability.
- Capable of measuring parts using standard measurement equipment.
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks is a plus.
- Experience with CAM programs is a plus, especially Esprit.
- Experience in planning and executing projects is a plus.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform in- process, first article and final inspections.
- Generate inspection processes and paperwork to support production’s effort to demonstrate
conformance.
- Communicate with the production team to address any quality issues that occur during the
manufacturing process.
- Assess data to track process performance and identify areas of risk.
- Document non-conformance and assist in root cause analysis.
- Complete and file required paperwork, including inspection reports and certifications

Candidates should demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with strong communication skills.
- Able to read blue prints.
- Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience using manual inspection equipment (gauges, calipers, micrometers).
- Experience with programmable inspection equipment (CMM, vision system, optical comparator)
preferred.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 or AS 9100 preferred.
