A 4 ounce beef patty topped with our smoked pulled pork, shredded cheddar cheese and bbq sauce (jalapeños optional).

We’re back...and we missed you!
Hopefully you remember us from our store in Hamburg a few years back!? O’Brien’s Farm Fresh Meats & Smokehouse was a fresh, locally-sourced butcher shop and deli serving lunch and dinner-- now, O’Brien’s Farm Fresh Kitchen is, in theory, our “smokehouse on wheels”. After taking a 4 year hiatus from the restaurant business, this mother-daughter duo decided to take the leap and buy a food truck. We missed our customers; we missed cooking and serving delicious food; we missed this crazy-busy life. We’re excited to be back- life on the truck is different than having a store front, but we’re having fun and love seeing new and old customers.
Our concept is simple- source the best, local ingredients to cook and serve delicious, homemade meals. We make our own soups and sausage, do our own smoking, and put our hearts into everything we serve.
Come find us truckin’ around the Southtowns at various events or give us a call to cater your next event... we’d love to do weddings (who doesn’t love late-night grub after dancing all night?!), block parties, employee lunches, concerts.... you name it, we want to be there!
