Central Jersey Police & Fire Federal Credit Union Members,
The CJPFFCU is closely monitoring all of the information and directions related to the coronavirus. We can assure you that the Credit Union has Pandemic and Disaster Recovery plans that are in place to help guide us in these types of situations. We test these plans on a regular basis and are having meetings and discussions on how to conduct our business in this environment.
Our employees will continue to staff the office and have been taking steps to minimize the spread of the virus such as hand washing and disinfecting and sanitizing the work environment and the office space. We will continue to do this to the best of our abilities. We will also try to minimize contact with customers. We ask that if you are ill, please stay home or not come into our office. We recommend that you bank remotely using our online banking service which can be accessed through our website or our mobile phone application to minimize the possible spread of the virus.
We would like to extend our customers the ability to bank on our mobile phone app, website and ATM. For these services you must have a checking account. If you do not have a checking account and would like one, please call our office at (609) 570-8155. We will be able to get the process started over the phone. Copies of two forms of identification will be needed but can be faxed or emailed to us. Surcharge free ATM’s can be found at: https://co-opcreditunions.org/locator/. All 7-11 and WaWa locations do not fee for use of our ATM cards as well.
Please stay healthy and safe during this time!
