Hi All! We can do preliminary hand drawings and CAD computer drawings of the layout you want and the features you want to include. This is the beginning / conceptual design stage of your build, the stage before full scale design and development. Basically, I can get your ideas down on paper and help with dimensions and other things that you are unsure of.

While designing my own, I sat with several different designers / architects who didn't have time to hear what types of rooms I wanted or why I wanted them.. or they brushed off my ideas as not important. You are the one who has to live there so your ideas are very important!

The cost is $250. This includes professional CAD computer drawings of your layout / design with dimensions sent via email as a PDF.

Keep in mind, I am not an architect, so this does not include any technical plumbing or electrical requirements. However, this is a great document to get you started with bank loans and quotes on all aspects of the home including lumber, cabinets, granite, etc.

If you're interested, I have a New Home Checklist and Questionnaire that you can fill out and it will tell me about what you want etc. It will make it much easier for both of us! Just send me your email!

Does it matter that you are in a different state?
-No, we have designed barndos for clients all over the US!

Do you make changes to the plans?
-Yes. We draw the layout you are wanting and then we send it to you. Let us know what changes you want, and we make those and resend back.

What is the timeline of getting our drawing done?
-It's a pretty quick process, however the timeline is based on how many times you want changes made.

Do you make suggestions if I'm not sure what works best?
-Yes. We will make suggestions on things you are on the fence about, but ultimately it's your decision!

Some beautiful mudroom ideas. I would definitely include a Family Command Center, this way you can keep everyone's plans / appointments in one place, along with keys, i.portant documents, etc!

I love foyers! This is such a great table for a foyer. You can put your keys, purse, holiday decorations, or a big bowl of candy 😀😀😀
