Another victory, yet bittersweet. I say that because here we are in 2023 and there are states where we can be denied the human right to work because we choose to wear our textured hair naturally. It’s self care Saturday y’all. As you can see I’m getting my face on before my facial clients get here.
I applied a Dead Sea mineral mud mask. The minerals nourish my skin and pull out impurities. The mask tightens on the skin giving me a non- invasive lift, and it only takes 15 minutes. This mask will be available on the website soon.

Itchy, dry, irritated skin is a common complaint among those suffering from eczema related skin conditions.
Cleansing the skin is your first line of defense against dehydrated, scales, irritated skin. The best way to clean your skin is to use real soap free of harsh detergents and chemicals.
Goat milk, oats, and honey are amazing additives to our rich soap base that includes Shea butter, coconut oil, organic olive oil, and sustainable palm oil.
Goat milk contains fatty acids that help repair the protective skin barrier overuse of detergent based shower gels and soaps. The probiotics in goat milk encourage increased production of heathy flora (good bacteria) required for healthy skin. Thirdly, the Vitamin A in goat milk gently exfoliates the skin removing buildup helping the skin feel and appear smoother.
Oatmeal soothes, exfoliates and improves the skin’s texture.

My Grandma y’all she is 103 and still standing strong and beautiful. She has always said that every day you have to do something for your mind (she does crossword puzzles) your body (she takes walks) your Soul (prayer) and someone else (smile and hello) and a little dark chocolate and oatmeal.
I’m working on being like her when I grow up.
