I had to make some policy changes to Tea & Honey Nail spa!

If you are feeling unwell, fever, coughing or a constant runny nose then please reschedule!

I hate to do this as well but it has been happening to me way to often now and I feel like I’m being taking advantage. I totally understand emergencies (medical) for example because sometimes it just can be helped so there are exceptions. I need at the very least a 48 hour notice for cancellations if it’s not an emergency or there will be a fee of half the service you would have received from me before rebooking another appointment. There will be a $10 late fee up to 15 mins. after your scheduled appointment time. Anything passed that 15 mins will have to be reschedule with the added cancellation fee. If you have scheduled two services with me and then decide less then 48 hours before your appointment to cancel only one service or cancel one service the day of your appointment, the same rules apply under cancellation fees. I hate to do this but my time and other clients time that come after your appointments are also valuable and when I have to turn people away because that week is booked and then get last min cancellations, I have lost out and so has that client that went somewhere else because I couldn’t fit them in at the last minute. All of my clients truly mean the world to me and 95% really do respect my time and other peoples time but there are that few that just doesn’t get it therefore I have to put some rules into place. I hope all my lovelies understand and know that it was hard for me to actually add some rules but it’s for everyone’s health and valuable time that has me doing this. See you all soon! 🤗❤️

To All of my clients, I had thought long and hard about this and tried to keep my rate at the same price as I’ve been doing for the past 7 years. I have come to realize that I can no longer keep the same rate any longer if I want to continue to stay in business. As of January 1st 2022, I will have to go up $5.00 per service and charge the PayPal credit card fee of 2.9% plus .30 per card swipe unless you are using cash. I have been eating the cost of of the transaction fee’s but can no longer afford it. Prices for supplies have gone up dramatically and I have tried looking for lower cost supplies online but have not been successful. I REALLY hate doing this to my lovely clients but I just can not afford to stay in business with the prices I have right now. I really really hate to do this.😔 Prices will not change until January 1st, 2022. Thank you all for your understanding and support to my small business. ❤️ Much Love, Tanya 😘
