Amazing day tournament! We got 1st place in both kids and overall team awards. Congratulations to all the competitors for going out and testing themselves. Thank you to the teammates that came out to support everyone even if they weren’t competing themselves. Everyone fought their butts off and made the team proud. Winning the team awards was just an added bonus to an already impressive day. Way to go team!!

Rough night at the office yesterday. lost a questionable decision after controlling the whole fight and lost in the second round after a solid performance in the first. Everyone is healthy and ready to get back in the gym. On to the next one!

3D fight team is back at it again tonight. and are throwing down in Hammond. They will be the first fights of the prelims live on YouTube. If you can’t attend live, we are having an open mat and watch party at the gym. First fight is at 5:30pm

Another great show last night. had an impressive performance and won via guillotine in the second round. He showed great composure and growth from his first fight which was only 6 weeks ago. Derrick fell short and lost by submission after a long 5 year lay off. He had to shake the rust off and he will come back stronger from this. Win or lose I’m extremely proud of this team and what the future holds for us. We are just getting started. Thank you for all the love and support from everyone that came out and watched from home. On to the next one!

Tomorrow and are throwing down

Jacket Wrestling classes starting Sunday 4/14 @ Noon. Lessons will be focused on stand up grip fighting, breakfalls, takedowns, throws and foot sweeps. Participants will learn a hybrid system of Judo, Sambo and Jiu-jitsu techniques. Uniform will consist of a gi top or kurtka and belt (gi pants or shorts can be worn). DM us with questions!

Two more weeks until Team 3D is coming to put on a show in Hammond. Tom has been training hard and is ready for his toughest test to date. The hurricane has been grinding in the shadows and is finally ready to show the world who he is. You’re not going to want to miss this one. Tickets are available at the gym or online.
