I spent the last 3 years working with David Hankins PhD who was the brains behind ICARE.org a foundation that helped cancer patients find a therapy when all others had been exhausted! I learned a-lot but now that David is gone from a fatal heart attack, am at a quandary! We obviously can’t carry on in same manner without his expertise and years of commitment that David had invested!

Unfortunately the big cancer centers also have a fairly closed agenda and a number of advances have never been implemented because they weren’t invented there or were too cheap for big pharma to utilize!

Unfortunately the CEO and Creator of ICARE.org, David Hankins PhD died of heart disease after a 3 vessel myocardial infartion earlier in 2023 and left a hugh deficit in a Cancer Foundation which primarily was to help those cancer patients who had ran out of options!

I helped David for ~ 3 yrs after my wife Sharon died of Carcinosarcoma, a severe aggressive form of endometrial cancer! I learned a lot about other forms of cancer than GI origin and in helping patients and and had spent much of my time in assisting David in his endeavors! He will be sorely missed!

I feel that replacing David will be probably be impossible as he had 30 yrs of experience and yrs. of expertise in molecular biology as well as a brilliant mind.

Endometrial cancer( uterine) is one of hormonal induced female cancers which include breast, ovarian and occasionally cevical that isn’t human papilloma virus induced! Hormonal Carcingenesis provides not only causations opportunities to prevent as well as hormonal or ablative cancer therapies! ICARE. org is exploring other “hormones” besides estrogen and testosterone in prostate cancer that drives cancer growth.

We have had interesting experience in trying to help cancer patients when they run out of options of the current standard of care and they don’t met eligiblity for clinical trials! The availability of organoids or mouse models to test for the other therapies is virtually never available, nor ever offered even when there biopsy material available for 3D cultures before being utilized for frozen section or formaldehyde. Unfortunately the Oncological Systems have not kept up with all the technology available as well as the companies offering these options!

Newer information on the 17 alpha hydroxylase is inhibited for progesterone, not all the s*x hormones production by high dose CBD! We have now seen 3 female cancers from this with the latest one with breast cancer due to unopposed estrogen when progesterone is inhibited!

Why metastatic sarcoma so difficult to treat’

Sarcomas originate in mesenchymal cells which later form bone and soft tissues! During chemotherapy, cells that survive , mutant and migrate to other sites such as bone marrow where they hide and are resistant to formerly effective agents such as carboplatin and taxol! Such mutant cancer sarcoma cells also can switch metabolism from glucose to glutamate and as a result be missed on PET scans!

We are investigating adding novel features to Cancer Care including a method already published in a clinical trial using a mineral used IV to ward off resistance to chemotherapy using Carboplatin and Paclitaxel (taxol)!

We are working closely with ICARE.org, a Cancer Foundation started by David Hankins PhD 35 yrs. ago after his experience in molecular biology at Vanderbilt, and later NIH and Johns Hopkins Oncology to provide cancer patients and their doctors further options when their local cancer care has been exhausted with International exposure to experts and innovations! He has founded “freedom of pursuit awards” for these oncologic researchers and physicians and has championed Cancer biobanking which provides 3D cell culture (organoids) from biopsies to more accurately predict which chemotherapy, immunotherapy or antimetabolic therapy (Reverse Warburg) to use. It’s becoming more obvious that other cases of hormonal induced female cancers (such as breast ) after exposure to high dose CBD oil are being diagnosed! High dose CBD blocks the Beta hydroxylase of s*x hormones! That means estrogen, progesterone and testosterone. Beta hydroxylase is part of the cyctochrome p450 system of the liver which breaks down hormones and drugs.

W**d World with Gisele Fetterman, 2nd Lady of Pennsylvania on the cover has an article by Dee Mani-Mitchell entitled “ Hormonal Cancers & Cannabis Oil” points out that “the American Cancer Society have claimed that statistically 2 in 3 cancers are hormonally driven , which is too high a statistic to simply be ignored!”
The author points out that” the most common types of hormone driven cancers are breast, with only 20% of hormonal driven cancers are breast. Other types can be endometrial, prostate, colorectal, uterine, throat, tongue and even some lung and brain types which have estrogen receptors!”🧐

We are making progress with our Alliance with ICARe. org of David Hankins PhD on two areas recently!
It appears that prior clinical trials on using selenium along with chemotherapy of carboplatin and taxol is helpful on reducing resistance and side affects of chemotherapy!
There is also more interest in reverse Warburg effect in defeating cancer cells metabolism shifts by using more mitochondrial absorbable DCA(dicholoacetate) which is for glucose what CB-839 ( telaglenastat) a glutaminase inhibitor is for glutamine.

We are making progress with endometrial cancer by researching metabolic therapies with connections and access to tumor banking with ICARE.org to increase survival by 90 %! Also increase access to clinical trials from ICARE,org network or oncology International and USA experts!
