A huge congratulations to our athlete Brittany for an amazing showing at WRPF - World RAW Powerlifting Chiseled Life Gym. She hit all her numbers, walked away with a gold medal, and hit PRs in the squat and bench. She has shown dedication to her sport while balancing life, and we felt proud to have her wearing a BFS shirt.

Brittany- Thank you for trusting Clint and Black Flag Strength with your training in the weeks coming up to your competition. You were able to adapt to a dramatic change and trusted the process. We’ve been feeling incredibly grateful and proud of what we have built this year. We had no idea where opening a gym would bring us. It’s been something we have talked about for years, but always seemed like a pipe dream. The right opportunity came by and we decided to take the leap. Still working our full time jobs and having never run a business before- needless to say it’s been a process. Tons of learning, screwing things up, being creative, and asking for help. None of this would be possible without the support of our friends and the support of our strength community.

Thank you to everyone who gave us their time to build this, who came on random road trips to pick up equipment, who dropped their own plans to help us out, and to everyone who has walked through our door.

We have developed a genuine community of people who care about their fitness and the people around them. When we talk about our gym to others the one thing that we always circle back to is how considerate our members are. We can tell you guys really care about the space and you give it a lot of love. It’s so cool to see everyone post lifts in front of our mural on Instagram. It feels so surreal and so fu***ng cool.

A huge congratulations to our athlete Tyler Eddens for an incredible showing at the NPC Lehigh Valley Championships!! He put in incredible dedication to his prep and it showed. Tyler placed 4th in the Open division and placed 2nd in Classic- earning him a spot to compete for his Pro Card!

Tyler’s progress over the last year has been nothing short of amazing and we are so excited to see what the next year will bring. We are thankful that Tyler allows us to be apart of his journey and we love being able to help support our community in achieving the s**t they dream about everyday!

We are so proud of our athlete for giving it his all during his fight last month. Despite less than ideal conditions and an insanely long day, he stayed focused with his mind on one thing.
Win, lose, or draw- we love to see our athletes out there showing everyone, including themselves, what all their hard work has given them. has been supplementing his boxing training with strength and conditioning work at (you might have seen him crushing the assault bike). He's been focusing on the quality of his foods and ensuring he gets proper intra workout nutrition. He looked like an absolute monster in the ring and we can't wait to see what he does next!
