Subaru wrx that came in and owner wanted a system that you could hear but with no drone.
Vibrant ultra quiet resonator
4 vibrant round mufflers 2 sets cut and welded together creating 2 big mufflers.
3” mid pipe and 2.5” axle back with vbands for easy breakdown.
This was a different build, very unique and happy I was able to provide this to the customer!
We are adding a Helmholtz resonator tube due to a small amount of drone still. The nice thing about custom fab, if you know what you want you have the ability to get exactly what you want. Be happy with what you spend your hard earned money on.
S10 crunch job in for some magic
The plan was to use factory cast ls manifolds flipped but that driver side shut down our dreams real quick so the next cost effective step was to get a set of flip tech ls flip manifolds and modify, like we did on previous s10’s. From there
- stainless 2.5” hotside using loose radius elbows
- Stainless Bros t6 fl**ge
- two 44mm gate locations
- turbo support
- 4” exhaust
- gates dumped to atmosphere
- rad mount
- intercooler mount
- charge pipes
- Cut main core support and replace with tubular fit that 4” intercooler behind the grill
There was very limited room on this setup, but we made do with the circumstances and had this s10 done within a week of laying hands on it.

Beautiful 67’ nova with 620ci and twin precision XPR 102
Originally came in for exhaust and cold side and shortly into the project we realized that the current work was horrendous, turbo placement was not workable mainly due to where cold side would have been routed so the customer granted me permission to start with an open canvas.
For cold side we ran dual 4” aluminum charge pipes into Race Part Solutions beautiful dual 4”-5” billet merge collector and Motion Raceworks 3.5”-4” vband step up off each compressor housing. Each fl**ge has o ring for air tight seal.
3.5” stainless pipes from manifold to turbine housing without gate locations (customers request) due to going with turbosmarts E-Gate setup on the cold side to ensure a faster spool time.
5” stainless bullhorn exhaust supported with brackets to keep tension and stress off of those pie cuts right off the turbo fl**ge.
Symmetry was the goal on this despite non symmetrical turbos but was pretty darn close.
I’m beyond thankful to have been able to even touch a car of this caliber and hope to do more in the future!

Had the pleasure to build the chargepipe setup on a car I dreamed of working on since I started this journey.
Dual 3” aluminum charge pipes into Race Part Solutions 2-1 billet merge collector using Vibrant Performance HD clamps (re used old fl**ges) at the turbos.

A day one supporter brought me his beautiful e36 looking to extent his tip to fit his lip kit but wanted to do something unique and something that flowed with the aggression of the lip kit.
Some 4” 304 stainless pie cuts and backlash really set the rear of this car off!
67’ nova in for some exhaust work!
Customer had ordered and installed a stainless works off the shelf kit but was very unhappy with the fit as it was resting on rear end. We kept from manifolds to mufflers but reworked a little bit to tuck it higher and welded all the slip joints eliminating any possible leaks as well as added vbands at the end of mufflers for easy breakdown for axle back area.
From mufflers back we completely reworked the system starting from scratch for the ability to create as much room possible between exhaust and rear axle. Once complete there was roughly 2 inches of space from exhaust to axle.
Exhaust was crafted from all 3” 304 stainless steel and tig welded in house.
It’s been a long 2 months without Facebook, but very thankful to be back and sharing my work with you all!
Some custom tips for a Porsche Cayman!
Slip joint connectors to mimic the factory design and for ease of installation and removal as well as custom x pipe.
Customer wanted something more aggressive and was very pleased with the end result.

S**t pack in for a cat back for a Swift Monday.
Starting from cats back we ran 2.5” 304 ss back into custom x pipe which then led to vbands for easily removal if ever needed.
For axle back exhaust continued into some beautiful mirror polished Stainless Bros mufflers which then led to polished 4.5” rolled edge tips.
This exhaust not only looked amazing, but sounded proper, wasn’t raspy, had a very great tone and the customer left beyond happy!!

Bmw M6 Came in looking for some more noise
After speaking to customer and determining his goals sound wise we decided to go with full 2.5” ss mid pipe from the cats all the way back to existing titanium axle backs.
Added vbands for easy breakdown if ever needed.
This combo really opened this v10 up and he was stoked with the end result! Huge thanks to this customer for trusting me with his baby! Hope everyone had a great holiday weekend and as always thank you all for the support.🙌🏼

3” “cat back” building from res delete back into some custom dual tips
Whether it’s a full turbo kit, cage, full exhaust, or something as simple as a res delete we got you covered!
Josh Matteson came in needing a few things
- new 4” downpipe with supportive lower mount allowing downpipe to move with the motor
- removable front cross bar made of 304 stainless tube with 304 stainless 4 bolt fl**ges creating more room for downpipe
( design inspired by Jason Schmuck with a little of b3fab twist )
- charge pipe modification
- a quick modification to oem trans mount

This was by far one of the coolest cars I’ve laid hands on!!
Custom 3.5” downpipes mated to supplied 4” side pipes
Some of you may wonder why pie cuts on driver side, there was significantly less room due to pedal box and in order to achieve the downpipe without hitting anything I had to build using pie cuts.
Vband hidden behind body for easier breakdown if needed instead of fishing an entire downpipe through the body.
Brackets with rubber bushings near end of side pipes to keep it stiff.
This project was a blast, thank you all for the love and support!!

Exhaust on this cammed Tahoe for a very good friend.
Vbands off manifolds, welded vbands in place of slip joints on the pre made y pipe to ensure no leaks, 3” from y back into small muffler. All vbanded for easy removal/ install.

Customer came in with melted cats, brought me this delete kit and had him in and out within 3 hours.
Had to extend the ends 4” to mate up to factory exhaust, and weld a fl**ge to factory manifold so both “test pipes” could be easily removable.
