Subcutaneous Fat
A good rule of thumb is if you can pinch body fat with your fingers, it’s subcutaneous.

Visceral fat remains the same shape and won’t fall to your sides or sink into your stomach when you are lying down.
Excess visceral fat is generally more likely to lead to serious medical issues than excess subcutaneous fat. These issues include heart disease, Alzheimer’s, type 2 diabetes, stroke, and high cholesterol. The best way to burn Visceral fat is by Dieting and Cardiovascular Exercise
