The Clinical Director is responsible for ensuring IBHS Services are implemented in compliance with Department, State and Federal statutes and regulations.
Excepted start date will be early 2022, employment will be conditional based on clearances. Candidates who apply for IBHS Services must provide a PA State Police Background Check, FBI Fingerprinting, and ChildLine Child Abuse History Clearance at the time of interview. These clearances must be a maximum of one year old. Candidates who have documented records on any background checks will not be eligible for hire. Candidates selected whose clearances are within one year must agree to a Conditional Employment Attestation that indicates they will undergo all clearances and that their employment with J.T. The Clinical Director for Individual Services must have a minimum of 1 year of Full-Time postgraduate experience in the provision of mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults and meet one of the following qualifications:
Licensed in this Commonwealth as a physician practicing psychiatry, psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, certified registered nurse practitioner with a mental health certification or clinical social worker.
Licensed in this Commonwealth as a behavior specialist and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum.
Licensed in this Commonwealth as a social worker and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum.
Licensed in this Commonwealth as a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of IBHS and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health practicum.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Ensuring that staff who provide IBHS are supervised in accordance with the 5240 regulations.
Maintaining clinical oversight of IBHS provided.
Ensuring staff who provide IBHS have access to supervisory staff during the hours that IBHS are provided, including evenings and weekends.
Completing and documenting a clinical record review for quality of the IBHS provided and compliance with the 5240 regulations and documenting the outcomes of the review quarterly.
Ensuring that training for staff is being provided as required.
Conduct intake assessments
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) with industry specific tools and techniques
Develop and guide treatment for assigned clients
Data collection
Session notes
Graphing data
Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in treatment planning
Analyze data and makes data-based decisions on programming
Write treatment plans, collaboration reports and discharge reports as requested
Provide direct intervention or support in 1:1 or group settings
Record data for behavior protocols, graph data for analysis, provide data analysis and update programs for clients
Update treatment plans and submit re-evaluations timely
Supervision:
Supervise Behavior Consultant's in accordance to the regulations
Supervise Behavior Health Technician's implementation of treatment plan(s) and continued intervention(s).
This can also be a supervisory task of the Behavior Consultant when assigned
Face-to-face supervision may be delivered through secure, real-time, two-way audio and visual transmission that meets technology and privacy standards required by HIPPA
Maintain documentation about each supervision session in the supervised staff's personnel file
Conduct team meetings to determine necessity of therapeutic hours
Give and receive verbal and/or written constructive feedback, including providing disciplinary action when necessary
Be available to consult with staff during hours in which clients are receiving services
Train/Training:
Design, provide, facilitate, oversee all trainings for all staff in accordance to regulations and oversights
Train staff and parents in behavioral programming (toileting programs, feeding programs, teaching new skills, behavior reduction, social skills, etc.)
Assist with conducting ABA trainings for staff, parents, caregivers, and other supervisory or training duties as requested
Must maintain all licensure and certificates to perform all job duties for business

Hours per Week and Location:
We are currently hiring for Gettysburg Area.
The selected candidates will work Part-Time, approximately 30 hours per week with the potential to become full-time hours, evenings and weekends included.
Wage:
This position starts out at $15.00 per hour for billable hours, this wage is a fee-for-service wage.
Wages for admin time, training time, and mileage will be discussed during the interview process.
