Dartmouth SPECTRA will be having an introductory meeting on WEDNESDAY JUNE 29 AT 4:00PM at the CGSE in the Choates!

SPECTRA is an organization that works to plan social events for LGBTQIA+ identified students on campus. At this meeting we'll be establishing goals, a purpose, and defining our vision for the term.

We'll also be working out a structure for the organization and a way to continue this beyond 16X!

How do you work together with others to create meaningful social change?

Join OPAL IMPACT for 16X and explore an approach to leadership that is:
~Collaborative~
~Values Based~
~Purposeful~

Learn how all students (not just those who hold formal leadership positions) are potential leaders in their communities. OPAL IMPACT is a leadership development program for students who are passionate about social issues affecting their community and who want to take action.

OPAL IMPACT meets on Tuesdays from 4:30-6:00 p.m. throughout the summer term.

Participants are eligible for funding to use toward the completion of a social change project on campus.

In response to the mass shooting this weekend on Latinx night at Pulse, an LGBTQ+ night club in Orlando, the Office of Pluralism and Leadership will hold space at the CGSE Office (6 Choate Rd.) until 5 pm today.

Please come if you want to process, are looking for a place to get away, or simply need a hug. We are in the beginning processes of planning a vigil. More information soon to follow.
