Our “WOBBLE BEFORE YOU GOBBLE” Zumba fundraiser benefiting the Dance Academy Competition Team is back!!!!

🦃 When: Wednesday, November 22 from 6-8pm

🦃 Cost: Only $10 per person!
In addition, on-site babysitting is offered at only $5 per child!

Yoga sessions are coming to TDA!
Our first session runs Wednesday, November 6th thru Nov 20th (due to the Thanksgiving holiday) from 6:30-7:30pm, and will be offered at a reduced cost as the first session is only 3 weeks ($40/ 3 weeks).
Our fabulous instructor, Christine Magee, is an E-RYT 200 certified yoga instructor with over seven years of professional teaching experience. We are delighted to welcome Christy to the studio this year!

Hundreds of participants marched up Baltimore Street during the 82nd annual Halloween parade Thursday.

It’s SCHOOL SPIRIT WEEK at TDA! Be sure to come dressed to support your favorite school district!

Wishing a massive congratulations to our very own Jordyn Farley for being crowned the new Miss Hanover! Jordyn took home the People’s Choice Award, Interview Award, Evening Gown Award, and Talent Award (for a piece she choreographed HERSELF!) in addition to the coveted title! We are beyond proud of her and can’t wait to see what the future holds for her!
Every contestant did phenomenal last night, and we were once again blown away by the talent within our community! 💕

When dancers go to Homecoming…🩰

Everybody’s favorite week of spirit month is here…PAJAMA WEEK! All dancers are encouraged to wear their favorite pajamas to class this week—even ballet! Proper hair is still required. 🛏️💤😴

Shout out to the Bucher and Ortiz family for representing TDA at the Breast Cancer Awareness Golf Tournament at 🩷

Our first rehearsal for the Hanover Halloween Parade begins this Friday! All TDA dancers are welcome to attend! Dancers ages 6 and under need a parent or guardian to walk in the parade, however all parents are welcome to join! For more details, including the sign up link and costume theme, please check your October TDA email!
Additionally, TDA is accepting candy donations to pass out during the parade! There is a sign-up sheet on the board as well as a link in the October email!

Spirit week is soon upon us! Beginning this Monday (Sept. 30th), the month of October will be filled with fun themes for your dancer to enjoy each week!

💃🏻Kicking off the festivities from Sept 30-Oct 3, we have RECYCLED DANCE COSTUME WEEK! Dancers may wear old dance costumes to ANY class (yes, even ballet).

👯‍♀️The week of Oct 7-Oct 10, it’s BRING A FRIEND WEEK! Dancers are encouraged to bring a friend to any (or all) of their dance classes!

😴PAJAMA THEME WEEK is Oct 14-Oct 17….we know what to do for this one 😉

📣Oct 21-Oct 24 is SCHOOL SPIRIT WEEK! Dancers may wear any school gear to support their districts!

🎃And finally, the last week of October is HALLOWEEN COSTUME WEEK! We welcome any and all costumes, but please ask that dancers do not wear masks or use fake weapons. We have dancers of all ages at our studio and want this to be a fun (and non-scary) experience for all!

Rehearsal this week will be at The Dance Academy Sunday at 1pm! COME JOIN US!! Choreography is complete and ready for your dancing feet!! REMEMBER no dance experience needed!
