Faithful Catholics Protested Fr. Martin’s Pro-LGBTQ Summit on Catholic Campus

Catholics stood in prayerful protest while Fr. James Martin’s summit titled “Outreach 2024: LGBTQ Catholic Ministry Conference” took place at Georgetown University from Aug. 2-4.

On Saturday morning, August 3, TFP Student Action volunteers prayed the rosary outside the oldest Catholic university in America to oppose the sinful pro-homosexual movement within the Church. A beautiful statue of Our Lady of Fatima was present in a place of honor during the act of reparation to God.

Not only does Fr. Martin support transgenderism for children, but he also endorses blasphemous “Pride Masses,” blessings for sinful unions, and sacrilegious “rainbow rosaries.” In short, his message is this: “Accept homosexuality. Subvert the Church.”

Unfortunately, Cardinal Wilton Gregory, Archbishop of Washington, D.C., celebrated Mass at the pro-homosexual event, and Pope Francis sent a letter of support for the scandalous event.

To Mr. Emmanuel Macron, President of the Republic of France, and Ms. Oudéa-Castéra, Minister of Sports and the Olympic and Paralympic Games

Mr. President, Madam Minister:

The opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games was an opportunity to celebrate French genius in the eyes of the whole world.

However, the event was spoiled by appalling blasphemy. The Last Supper was mocked with incredible obscenity. Jesus was depicted as an obese, tattooed, and semi-naked woman surrounded by His apostles portrayed as immoral Drag Queens.

“A Last Supper LE-GEN-DAIRE”, tweeted – with full shame – France Télévision, confirming that it was indeed the last supper of Christ, which was attacked in front of viewers worldwide.

Why were 2.5 billion Christians insulted and attacked at the Olympics, which claims to foster fraternity and “inclusion”? Why is Christianity targeted like no other religion?

To add insult to injury, there was a bizarre celebration of the beheading of Marie-Antoinette. Countless people around the world were shocked by this bloody reenactment of the assassination of the innocent queen.

Mr. President, Madam Minister, you turned a national event into an international disgrace. The deluge of blasphemy, vulgarity, and violence humiliated France and offended billions of people.

I therefore urge you to publicly apologize for the abject spectacle you have inflicted on the world.

We must always remember the great victory in overturning Roe v. Wade. It shocked the world and achieved the impossible. We must not forget that the “abortion liability” has often been the path to many victories, not defeats. Even today, the issue dominates the election cycle. The matter has defied all the naysayers who considered it “settled law.”

To the Dobbs victory, we can add the efforts of sidewalk protesters who have closed thousands of abortion clinics nationwide with their insistent prayers, presence and perseverance. The movement counts on hundreds of thousands of pro-lifers, many of them young, who are energized every year at the March for Life in Washington, D.C. and in an increasing number of American state capitals and cities, to affirm the pro-life cause has a future.

Through the media, the other side is skilled at trying to give an overwhelming impression that most people are for abortion. The current campaign centered on election results is no different from the others. We must resist the temptation to accept the narrative of the other side.

We must not lose courage but rather redouble our prayers and efforts to defeat procured abortion and make it unthinkable. The defeat of Roe only serves to prove that unlikely victory is possible.

Your protest will be a loving act of reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Sadly, Our Lady of Grace Church in Hoboken, New Jersey, is planning a blasphemous “Pride Mass” on Sunday, June 23, 2024.

According to the rainbow-colored promotional flyer, the sacrilegious “Pride Mass” is an annual event designed to normalize homosexuality. In 2021, for example, the pastor of the church had a “transgender woman” share “reflections at the [pride] Mass.”

The pastor described the sacrilege attended by 250 people in a parish announcement titled “Proud of Our Pride.” He mentioned a couple whose “daughter is nonbinary, which means she does not identify as either male or female [sic]. They had an opportunity to talk with Christine Zuba, a transgender woman, who shared reflections at Mass.”

However, the Holy Mass and the sin of pride are mutually exclusive.
