Caluda's King Cake

Death by Chocolate Event by Krewe de Pink at Jacob Schoen & Son Funeral Home. We made 3 chocolate type of king cakes. White chocolate bread pudding filled with whipped ganache and chocolate curls, Ruby Chocolate pink king cake with Bavarian cream and whipped ruby ganache, and a dark chocolate dough with whipped chocolate ganache and touch of cinnamon. Great event and a lot of fun with all the lovely ladies. Thanks for having us.

Can't wait. We will be serving several types of chocolate king cakes like White chocolate bread pudding king cake.

The Mardi Gras School of Cooking and Catering, Mirepoix Event Catering, Caluda's, Cafe Hope, Pigeon Catering, Messina's, and Nunez Community College will be creating sweet and savory chocolate dishes!!
