I hate to feel like I'm fussing at y'all , however, this needs to be addressed 😢. To help give further explanation. If you have an appointment on Thursday and you reschedule your appointment on Wednesday, that's considered a last-minute cancel 😞 and the fee is due before I confirm your appointment.

NO SHOWS, regardless of tenure, will be immediately blocked. If you do not show but still have other appointments booked, THOSE appointments will still be honored after you will not be able to book and unfortunately have to find a new stylist.

NO SHOWS include families. If 1 person does not show, the whole family is blocked 😢.

Few things please make sure to pay attention to the SERVICE you are booking (like Allover color or root touch up for example). Please take notice of length of your hair when booking ( starter loc, shoulder Length, shoulder blade and past middle of the back) before booking your appointment 🥰 . I always recommend looking over the menu before the 27th just in case you have questions because it's hard to answer calls and text on the day . If you're booking for a different person under your name please leave a note so I won't think your double booking 😉. If you log in at 930am and there are no days available please keep refreshing the app, sometimes I have to open each day individually which may cause a delay.
