Maria currently leads Digital Media and Branded Content partnerships for 's US advertising clients, as Vice President, Digital Partner Solutions. On the side, she focuses on mentorship because she feels a deep urgency to open up the doors of the industry and lay a path for those coming after her. Maria is also a daughter, sister, friend, and fiancé to the wonderful people in her life and a recent cat mom.

Meet Troy Blackwell Jr., Troy Blackwell Jr. ! An Ad/PR All-Star Alumni that is currently supporting his community as the Founder of Ready for Change, a political organization dedicated to making democracy more representative in New York State by increasing youth voter participation. Since 2021, the organization has contacted over 26,000 voters in New York City and received a ‘citation of honor’ from now-Mayor Eric Adams. Troy continues to advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as part of the Diversity Action Alliance (DAA) advisory board and was recently elected Chairperson for Big Apple Perfoming Arts Inc, a nonprofit management company.
