Earlier today...🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Since January, 💫AiA volunteers💫 have been teaming up with volunteers from the One Two Church (from South Padre Island) in feeding the community of Laguna Heights!😋

📅Each month, we have had more and more locals hearing about us and joining us for the free yummy food.

Today, we were able to give out 56 hotdogs 🌭, 60 hamburgers🍔, chips, and drinks!! 🥤It was a great day!!

🤠We've had a ton of fun 💫volunteering💫 for the past two weekends at Big Red's Ranch ...and we only have ONE💜💛💚 MORE weekend left for the Easter at the Ranch event. 🚜Y'all come on out and join us this Saturday or Sunday!!🌻It's great fun for the whole family!!🐰🐑🐇🐏🐖

A New Today in Action: “Hands and Feet of God”🙌🏽

✨️Vision:

Sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through service, outreach, and activities.

✨️Goals:
Engaging, supporting, educating, and inspiring Youth, Special Populations and their families to experience God’s love in order to foster growth, promote relaxation, and develop healthy coping skills.

❄️During December,❄️ AiA volunteers joyfully 😁 assisted Big Red's Ranch during their four ✨️AMAZING✨️ Christmas events!🎄

We helped park🚗, greet 🤗 and drive THOUSANDS of people through the lights on a hayride!! 🚜 So many happy families!!! ❤️❤️❤️

✨️Last weekend, we were able to celebrate the 🪅16th de septiembre 🪅with our friends and volunteers of 💫ANT in Action.💫

🧡💙We enjoyed street tacos from a taco truck, fruit cups, agua frescas, chicharones, chips, paletas and a pinata full of candy!! 🪅Thank you everyone who joined us!💫

🌞On July 9, 2023, ANT in Action was able to squeeze in a Board meeting 📚and pool party 🏊‍♂️afterwards in McAllen, TX!

🙏🏽Thank you, Simi and Ruth, 💙🧡for always graciously hosting our pool parties! 🌞Although it was 103 degrees that afternoon, with a "feels like temperature" of 111, we were still able to feed and entertain about 20 folks! 😁🌴

💫On 5/28/23, twenty-five of our AiA Volunteers were able to join us for an Appreciation barbecue!! 🍗🥩

🧡💙Without our Volunteers that help decorate, cook, serve, and assist with activities, we would not be able to host so many events for our friends with Special Needs and Abilities.💙🧡 We thank each of you for your continued support. 💫

🙏🏽We were so blessed to spend a ✝️Resurrection Celebration✝️ with about 60 guests last weekend!! ✨️We enjoyed a delicious Barbeque dinner,😋 worked on fun crafts,😀 and hunted 600 eggs! 😳😁

🧡💙We enjoyed meeting new families and visiting with some of our 💫AiA "regulars"!!💫 Thank you all for coming and spending time with us. 🧡💙And thank you AiA Volunteers for helping us have a fantastic evening!!💯

900 happy college students ❤️

Wow! What a week!!! This Tuesday, I wanted to do a giveback, and God put the Beach Reach Students of 2023 on my heart! These are 900 college students, who spend their break, serving their peers and sharing the gospel with them!

Y’all blessed almost HALF of these students with cookies y’all bought for them! You should have seen the leaders faces when I told them the community was a part of this and so many small businesses supported!

Thank y’all for making this possible and thank you for caring for our community ❤️🍪 and thank you for sending 30 students to serve our community!

🧡This month, we were able to celebrate the L💗VE of Jesus with our family and friends at our Valentine's Dance in Primera, TX! 💜We enjoyed an evening of fun with 60 individuals from the community and met several new families in the process!💛

💫AiA strives to provide fun and safe events for people in the RGV who may have Special Needs or Abilities, Intellectual Disabilities or Mental/Behavioral Health concerns. 💫
