SPECIAL! This weekend our chef brings his talents off menu! Akaushi Hangar Steak cooked to your liking with asparagus, mash, wild mushroom medley with a roasted shallot Soubise sauce topped with fried shallots(no substitutions)! If you purchase one of these plates, you can purchase our new Prisoner Pinot Noir bottle for $50! Come get something you can’t get anywhere else!

Two new additions to our wine selection! For the red lovers a lovely Prisoner Pinot Noir that will accompany any of our steaks well. For our white wine consumers, a delicious Unshackled Chardonnay ready to be paired with our Chilean Sea Bass! Along side our already enjoyable wine list, these two new additions are perfect pairs for Collettis and its wonderful patrons!
