First Listing! First day on the market! Open house this Saturday! So if you knew anyone who is looking for a home in Middletown, PA. Please let me know!

Two things: 1. It takes a village to put down the coming soon sign! Thanks to the wonderful neighbors! And I will always remember to have a hammer in the car now.

2. Handing out open house flyers in the rain is not effective, but at least I got strawberries from the neighbor! (The same neighbor helped me with putting up the sign and gave me a wonderful tour of their home) And the strawberries are as sweet as the owners!
