Expect the unexpected

We came together to enjoy life. The expectation was not to be married but love knocked on the door, and we answered.

This has been a surprise! Who can relate?

Bob and I got married 14 years ago today, October 3rd. We timed the ceremony so that the 99% waxing Moon was rising over the mountains as the sun was setting. (Yes we're nerds.) I wore violet.

I'm so excited to be teaching a class this September. Herbs for Menopause is a great class for anyone with early Menopause, peri Menopause and more. If you've had a hysterectomy, this is a great class for you. Not a science class but teachings based on wise women traditions. Let's talk about how to nourish a changing body.
