Ever wish you could just dump all the negativity and stress in your life down the drain? Well, you can!
When you are feeling stress or like you have a lot of negative energy there something as simple as a shower can help.

Combine the healing properties of water with mental visualization/imagery, you can clear your body of negative energy impacting your daily life.

So how does this work?
Turn on the shower and set it for a comfortable temperature. When you step into the water feel the sensations of the water meeting your skin. Quiet your mind by focusing on 4 of your 5 senses as you later up with soap: smell, touch, sight, and hearing.

As your mind quiets, rinse off standing under the shower head, removing any and all negative energy and stress washing off your body, take a deep cleansing breath, imagining it all going down the drain.

Repeat this as many times as needed to feel your energy lighten.

This shower doesn’t have to take any longer than your normal shower would. It could take four minutes or twenty—whatever feels right for you.
