Summer is beginning to wind down, but we can't jump into fall without a town hall for August! During this month's town hall, we welcome 3 new team members, recognized10 anniversaries, and celebrated 2 promotions. Calitchi was named as our August Team Member of the Month.

This month's town hall recognized the teamwork within Foley that makes the magic happen. Without collaboration and support among each other, we wouldn't be where we are today.

We look forward to seeing everyone next month for our September town hall!

Last Wednesday, Foley beat the July heat by hosting our monthly town hall! 13 new team members joined us over the past month, 7 anniversaries were recognized, and 12 career advancements were celebrated! Janet was named as our July Team Member of the Month.

This month's town hall focused on the road ahead, especially as we continue into the second half of 2023. We're excited about what's to come and look forward to seeing everyone again in August!

Foley celebrated the summer solstice this past Wednesday by hosting our monthly town hall! While most team members tuned in via Zoom, those who joined us in Hartford were treated to Nothing Bundt Cakes. A sweet start to the summer season!

During this month's town hall, we welcomed our 10 newest team members, celebrated 18 anniversaries, and congratulated 9 of our colleagues on their career advancements. Teddy was named our Team Member of the Month!

Head of Growth Bobby Schmidt phoned in from South Carolina to lead us through the Marketing team's growth marketing and program management efforts. We're looking forward to seeing the team continue to lead Foley to new heights.

We will see everyone in July for our next town hall! Have a happy and safe Independence Day!

Another town hall has come and gone here at Foley! This month, we welcomed 8 new employees, celebrated 8 anniversaries, and saw 3 of our colleagues advance internally. Mariah was named as our May Team Member of the Month.

This month, we focused on how the growing popularity of AI can contribute to our mission and help us succeed. Internal suggestions for how Foley can utilize AI are being welcomed until Wednesday, May 31st.

May is just around the corner, but we couldn't leap into a new month without a Town Hall!

Yesterday afternoon we hosted a crowd of Foley team members both in-office and remote. Not only did we welcome 10 new team members, celebrate 8 anniversaries, and recognize 3 career advancements, but we also named Corey as our April Team Member of the Month!

This month's town hall focused on remote work - the benefits, the challenges, and the expectations surrounding working in an at-home environment. We established a few new practices to keep everyone connected, no matter where they are, and we're excited to hear even more ideas on how to accomplish this. We'll see everyone in May for our next town hall!

Despite the snow on the ground, spring is right around the corner! To close out the winter season and welcome warmer weather, Foley held its March town hall yesterday afternoon.

In the past month, 5 new people have joined the Foley team, 10 anniversaries have been celebrated, and 2 team members achieved promotions. Elizabeth on our MRO team was also named as our March Team Member of the Month.

March's town hall was all about teamwork. We took the time to highlight and recognize instances of teamwork across the organization, especially in the midst of the releases of our newest products, Dash and Audit Risk Monitor (ARM). When we work together, we help each other to succeed!

Winter is winding down here at Foley. In anticipation of spring's arrival, we hosted our February town hall yesterday afternoon.

Team member celebrations included the welcoming of 8 new employees, the recognition of 8 anniversaties (including 16 years for Alan!), and the naming of Lauryn from our Verifications team as our February Team Member of the Month.

This month's town hall was led by our Product team, who took us on a tour of the road ahead. The next few quarters will continue to be full of development and improvement, and we're excited to see what's next!

Happy New Year from Foley! We kicked off 2023 with the year's first town hall yesterday afternoon.

Since December, we've welcomed 13 new employees, celebrated 17 anniversaries, and congratulated 4 of our colleagues on their career advancements! In addition, Scott R was named our first Team Member of the Month for 2023.

The January town hall focused on innovation - how we're responding to feedback on our newest products, where innovation can take us in the coming months, and what's on the road ahead. We're excited to dive right into the new year, and can't wait to see what's in store!

The holiday season is in full swing, and our last Town Hall of 2022 has brought a close to a wonderful year!

11 new employees have joined us over the past month, 15 people have celebrated anniversaries (including 22 years with Foley for our President & CEO, Joel Sitak), and we've seen 4 career advancements within the organization! Valerie was named our December Team Member of the Month, the twelfth and final TMM of this year.

December's Town Hall focused on all we've accomplished in 2022 - our major product launches and continued growth - as well as the road ahead in 2023 - where the industry will take us and our plans for another successful year.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner here at Foley, and what better way to celebrate than to gather for our monthly Town Hall?

This month, we welcomed 7 new employees, celebrated 18 anniversaries (including 15 years for Janet!), and recognized 3 of our team members' promotions. We also named Angela as our November Team Member of the Month!

This town hall was all about our newest product: Dash. We even celebrated with Dash t-shirts! In addition to celebrating the launch of Dash, the Product team discussed future plans and what's in store for 2023.

The last Town Hall of the year will be here before we know it. Have a safe and happy Thanksgiving!

We can't believe October is more than halfway over here at Foley!

We opened our town hall with the recognition of our 6 new team members, celebration of 14 anniversaries, and announcement of 4 promotions within the past month. In addition, Jessica of our Good Egg Criminal Research Team was named Team Member of the Month for October!

Our Human Resources team then took the stage to review the results of our annual employee engagement survey, which led to the reveal of the department's new name: People Operations! In conjunction with the department's title change, we were excited to learn of new benefit options to take effect this coming year.

We held our September town hall to a virtual crowd via Zoom (as well as a Crumbl cookie-eating crowd in Hartford) yesterday afternoon. We recognized our 5 new team members, highlighted 3 promotions over the past month, and celebrated 11 anniversaries, including Daron's 16-year milestone! Rachel was also named as our September Team Member of the Month.

September's town hall had us talking strategy, where we are, and where we're headed. We're excited to see where the next month takes us, and we look forward to our next town hall in October!

Foley's August Town Hall was held yesterday to a virtual crowd via Zoom. We had 9 new employees join us since our last town hall in July, and 8 of our team members celebrated their anniversaries with Foley, including Kim and Tara - 10 and 12 years, respectively! We highlighted Anthony's promotion to Customer Success Manager, as well as named Aruna our Team Member of the Month for August.

In addition to our usual celebrations, our Product and Sales teams provided insight into what's to come over the next few weeks.

We'll see everyone in about 5 weeks for our September Town Hall!

This past Wednesday, Foley hosted its July Town Hall! There was so much to celebrate this month, as Foley welcomed 10 new employees and recognized the anniversaries of 13 team members. Daniel was named our July Team Member of the Month for his consistent and unwavering support in our IT department. In addition, we took the opportunity to discuss our goals for this quarter, highlighting initiatives across multiple departments and updating each other on what's to come. We're excited to see what this next month has to offer, and we'll see everyone for the next Town Hall in August!

Foley just rang in the new year with our first 2022 Town Hall! We started off this year celebrating 22 new employees, 9 anniversaries, and a promotion on our Customer Success Team. Our last Town Hall of 2021 was one to remember.

We welcomed 19 new employees this past month, celebrated 12 anniversaries, and announced Emma as our December Teammate of the Month.

The highlight of yesterday's meeting, however, was recognizing the hard work and dedication each department has shown this past year. We could not have accomplished what we did these past 12 months without each of our team members. Here's to an amazing 2022!

Yesterday's monthly Town Hall was full of celebration! In the past month, we've welcomed 11 new employees, celebrated 12 anniversaries, and seen 4 team members receive promotions. Additionally, we recognized a huge achievement by one of our sales representatives, Jim, and named November's team member of the month: Tim! Like last month, it was great to hold the Town Hall in the Hartford office, and we're looking forward to seeing even more of us join in-person for Town Halls to come!

Yesterday afternoon, we held an in-person Town Hall for the first time since 2020! Our CEO Joel presented our October updates to employees both in the Hartford office and to those joining remotely. We welcomed 15 members to the Foley family this past month. For current employees, we celebrated 9 anniversaries, 4 promotions, and announced our October Team Member of the Month: Rosalee! It was great to get the Town Hall back into the office, and we’re looking forward to next month.
