D3 worked on our pyramid for Nationals. We really vamped up some creativity and added in our pyramid moving. Next week we Weill finish pyramid and dance! They also left with a ton of candy!

D2 worked on Prep stunts then learned pyramids. At first they were so scared with pyramids and by time we did the third one they were so proud! This group is so fun to coach. They also left with a bag of candy and were all smiles.

D1 had an amazing practice last night. We learned a short dance, tumbled, then worked on some drills. The girls left with a bag full of candy and were all smiles!

Happy Father’s Day to all of our cheer dads!

We ended our night so strong with an absolute AMAZING Nationals Practice! We’ve officially revamped our partner stunts and eliminated down time before jumps. Next week we will revamp pyramid and then dance. This group of athletes is SO fun to work with!

Last night in our 7+ class, we broke out the basics with stunt and explained each position and then work on basic stunts. Once the girls mastered that we started learning a whole partner sequence and they absolutely killed it!

Last night we kept our D1 babies super active and busy!
We did a cheer version obstacle course, dance party, and then stunts. Every athlete got to fly and they were so excited about it.

We already can’t wait for next week!

D3. Today we amped up our partner stunts and reviewed jumps. We welcome Eva to our team! Check out the attempts to get Holli to smile!

D2 had an amazing practice. We worked on jumps, backbend kick overs, cartwheels, and stunts. Everyone got to fly!

We has SO much fun with D1. We worked on jumps, backbends, hand stands, forward rolls, cartwheels, and then STUNTS! Check out D1 babies doing thigh stands! Three stunt groups and they killed it!!!

Attire for practice, shirt, shorts, tennis shoes. Hair up in a pony. WEAR PURPLE!

Summer classes are always super fun. We will work on stunts, tumbling and jumps. Classes are more laid back and working on technique & learning new skills.

Parents are welcome to sit in on practice the first week. After that we like to try to have parents work on waiting outside. During comp season, you will be surprised at how much we can accomplish in our practice time.
