Last night started our games for the Youth Volleyball League!! What a fun night for our teams!!

For the month of June there is 2 more opportunities to come out to Volleyball camp! Michelle Guyse is the contact for camp and her Contact info is on the flyers posted.

We are in need of reliable part time workers willing to work Saturdays in our concessions stands at North and South Park.

We are so extremely excited to get this season rolling and we know these kids are excited too!!!

Volleyball has had an AMAZING turn out for this being our first season ever. We have registered over 100 players in the past 2 weeks!!! Now comes the tough part. We have the players, but we are a few short on coaches. Ashley has started reaching out, but if you know anyone that would be willing to coach a team please let her know!!

A Big Thank You to the Falkville Community League

We are incredibly grateful to the Falkville Community League for their generous donation towards a special needs swing. Their support has made a world of difference, allowing us to provide a safe and joyful experience for the community’s children with unique needs.

Their kindness and willingness to step up truly touched a lot of hearts.

We are looking for 1 more coach in the 3rd/4th grade group and 2 more for the 5th/6th grade group.

Parks and Recreation is excited to announce we will be offering a Summer Youth Volleyball League!!
🏐League will be opened county wide.
🏐Practices and Games will be held at West Park Gym(unless your coach has another place to practice)
🏐Coaches will get their roster on April 30th.
🏐Practices will start May 13th
🏐County will provide shirt for each player.
🏐Games will be held during the week in the evenings.
🏐PLEASE call or email Ashley If you are interested in coaching.
🏐 You can request a sign up form via email. In person at West Park Gym or in person at the Parks and Recreation office in Hartselle. (560 Shull Rd. NE)
We can not wait to see the turn out for this and we are so excited to start a new youth sport in the county!!
