Starting June 1, 2024, we will begin charging a late fee to all clients who arrive late for their appointments. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, frequent lateness has become an issue, with clients arriving 10-40 minutes late. This disrupts our schedule and impacts our stylists' ability to stay on track. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

💥 Due to an increasing number of cancellations beyond the 24-hour mark, Hello Gorgeous Studio LLC must now implement its cancellation policy. We understand that contagious sickness can occur, and we will accommodate such cases within the policy. Additionally, all clients must provide a small deposit for chemical services in advance, which will be deducted from the service fee upon attendance. However, this deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. We've endeavored to be understanding since the onset of COVID-19, but frequent last-minute cancellations necessitate adherence to our scheduling procedures. Please understand this is a business necessity, not an expression of rudeness or hostility. When a client fails to show up for a 6-hour service, we not only lose money on supplies but also face a significant scheduling challenge. We appreciate your loyalty and look forward to serving you.💥
