Transit long block install after finding the engine locked up and cylinder #1 with catastrophic damage 🥴 (I’ll post the camera video also)

A little fuel injector FRIDAYYY! Originally this Chevy Tiltmaster (Isuzu NPR) came in for violently shaking in the front end, we inspected and found the king pins severely worn out. Replaced the king pins, test drove and found it also misfiring under a load 🙁 Found a bad injector, replaced/programmed and she’s back cruising down the road😎🚚💨!!!!!

2015 Chevy 2500 came in for making noise from the engine and running rough. We found number cylinder #5 spark plug loose rattling around in the head. Drilled and tapped for an insert. Installed new plug and still had the misfire. Ran a compression test and found 65psi 😳 inspected with a scope to find the cylinder wall damaged 🥴

Transmission swap on this Nissan Rogue. Trans stopped pulling forward and reverse, had codes for transmission speed sensors. Pulled the sensors to test them and found metal chunks stuck to them sad day for the cvt transmission 😢

Radiator/fan clutch on a F250 6.2 😳

When the ticking starts get with us before it’s too late. Ended up having to pull the block to replace scarred cam bearings. Full dod delete/tune on a 2019 5.3 Sierra. Get with us for all your automotive work gas or diesel

PSA if you own a duramax you NEED to check this out, literally takes 2 min and will save you a headahce or 2. Wiring harness runs across the back side of the AC line. We have repaired idk how many chafed wire’s because of this so pop your hood and check it out

5.3 Chevy wouldn’t idle, trucks been sitting up for awhile so we pulled the throttle body and man she was nastyyyyy 😷

Cp4 pump fail on this 2017 f250 6.7, we previously installed an S&S disaster prevention kit last year and good thing we did. The disaster kit did its job and we had no injector casualties. Installed a new S&S DCR pump and she was back ripping and running.

Customer’s fuel pump came in with some extra surprise parts 🤗

Final high pressure oil system air test and then she goes back together 😬

Another 6.0 under the knife. Hot no starts have been coming in like crazy the last few weeks. Get with us to fix your trucks right the first time 💪🏻
