Loving Hearts of LA is seeking reliable, responsible, dependable, and dedicated individuals to care for our clients in their homes. The applicant must have a passion for this field of work and possess qualities of caring and compassion. The duties required will be determined by the case coordinator per the needs of the client. $𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻-𝗢𝗻 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝟵𝟬 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲!!

General duties of an employee include maintaining and enhancing the well-being and health of the client. The employee will also be required to provide physical support, if required, to the individual client. It is the employee’s duty to implement the client’s individual service plan as trained.

Employees are required to use the LASRS electronic timesheet system for each shift using a personal mobile device. Along with the electronic timesheets, daily progress notes and service logs describing what services were given and how the services were implemented for the client must be done for each client.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴:
- Medication Reminders
- Assisting with Personal Hygiene tasks
- Meal Preparation & Feeding
- Assistance with Bathing
- Assisting with Community Outings
- Monitoring and Supervision of Well-being
- Complete all paperwork as required including progress notes
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of the person supported.
- Transportation (community outings, doctor visits, etc.)

𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:
- Lifting to 200lbs
- Standing for prolonged periods of time
- Pushing and Pulling up to 50lbs

You must have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and automobile insurance. Applicants must undergo a background check, TB test, and motor vehicle check. Applicant must obtain CPR/First Aid Certification within the first 45 days upon hire. CNA certificates, as well as CMA training, are a plus.
