We have been spending the week talking all things CareerConnect to Hastings High Sophomores!

A little background : CareerConnect is our program that connects high school students with business professionals in our community to help the students get real life, hands on experience in the job that they're looking to pursue after high school. Having a mentor in the professional world is highly recommended, and we believe it can be especially beneficial for our young adults.

This program is available for sophomores through seniors. Match meeting days and times will vary depending on grade level. Help us spread the word about this hugely beneficial program and please reach out with any questions!!

CCC - Hastings is hosting Diesel Career Day for 9th - 12th grade students. Registration is due by September 30. Check out the flyer for more details and contact info!

We are out encouraging our local CCC students to become mentors and pour love into the youth in our community!

It's National Friendship Day!! At MentoringWorks we love seeing all the friendships created from our matches!! We are looking forward to creating even more friendships this school year!

Brianna and I got to have our turn on the course last week at the Hastings Young Professionals Not-So-Professional golf tournament! We were paired with 2 incredible ladies who shared our level of golf knowledge & experience. 😉

It's safe to say they named this tournament specifically for us as this is our second year losing the whole thing. I am proud to share that we shot par on one hole this year! ⛳️🏆
