We’re excited to announce Acme has replaced all exterior windows on the east end of our facility, from the shipping area to the OPEX offices. This upgrade was completed on July 24th!
Our old windows, installed in the 1960s, were replaced with modern, energy-efficient ones, enhancing both the look and functionality of our building. The difference is amazing and it's a huge upgrade for our facility. Check out the before and after photos!

What Does a Corrugator Do?
At Acme Corrugated Box, our 110" corrugator is the heart of production! It combines paper sheets into single, double, or triple wall boards. The medium sheet gets its “wave” shape by pressing through heated grooved rolls. Starch glues the flutes to the liners, forming a rigid structure. The final board is cut to size, ready for packaging solutions.
With our in-house corrugator, we ensure rapid turnaround and high flexibility for our customers.

Acme was proud to host a group of 20 Students from the Orleans Technical College’s Production Technician Program. The school is run by JEVS Human Services in Philadelphia. Students toured the plant, talked with Bob Cohen, and participated in a Q&A to learn about manufacturing and a career with Acme Corrugated Box! It was a really fun day and an absolute pleasure to host.
