Job Description:

As a Fiberglass Production Technician at Luxx Fiberglass, you will work closely with our skilled team to produce high-quality custom fiberglass products. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will learn the art of fiberglass fabrication, mold making, and finishing techniques. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the fabrication and assembly of fiberglass products

• Learn the process of mold making, including preparation, lay-up, and release techniques

• Participate in trimming, sanding, and finishing fiberglass components

• Support the team in product inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards

• Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Learn and utilize various hand and power tools in the production process

Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training

• Passion for hands-on work and a desire to learn new skills

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team

• Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to evolving demands

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus
