Customer called to see if we could look at their engine because it doesn't wanna start on their 2007 GMC Canyon, NO CRANK, NO START condition, after further inspection, we found the engine was locked up unfortunately. We offered to tow it back to Polson, but aren't able to afford the service. They are going to call their insurance and see where it goes from there.
Sad and an unfortunate day for this couple, feel bad giving them bad news like that. Especially when they are fairly far from home.
