Our hours of operations are 8am-4pm. We expect to be super busy today. We will not be answering any phone calls today and our online order wring will be off. Seating will be first come first served. We will only seat groups once everyone in your group is present.

These last 2.5 years have been nothing short of amazing. Being able to do what we love, serve good food and coffee daily is awesome. We strive to make sure everyone leave with a full belly and a smile on their face (although we know we can’t please everyone). Being able to work with an amazing staff that has become an extended family. To our immediate family and few close friends that have had our backs through thick and thin. Today we are honored to share the news with you that we were mentioned in top 100 brunch places in the country. We’re going to continue trying to raise the bar and put our city on the map. Thanks to all that have supported us! Much love. This is just the beginning.

Starting tomorrow we are adding 1 hour to our service hours Sat and Sun. Mon-Fri (8am-3pm) and Sat-Sun (8am-4pm). We’re also adding cold pressed juices made in house to the menu. We use whole fruits and greens with no added sugar or water. The green juice will be available daily. We’ll have a second flavor available depending on what’s available. For tomorrow we’ll have Cold Pressed Watermelon juice. See you mañana!

Working on adding a few drinks to the menu. Here’s the first one available starting tomorrow! Spicy Margarita. Our fresh OJ, fresh squeezed lime and for a bit of heat. Premium agave wine and a hint of fresh basil and sea salt. There’s also a non spicy mango one (not pictured). Fresh jalapeño can be added upon request. We’ve also have an espresso martini with a sea salt cold foam. 🥂

I saw an IG reel or something a while ago about an Al Pastor Burger. It’s always been in the back of my mind. Yesterday I woke up with that in mind. Got to work. Marinated pork shoulder and pork belly in an adobo I made for 24 hours. Today we grounded the pork and made the patties. Roasted whole pineapples and made a glaze. And here is the result. Al pastor burger with roasted pineapple glaze. Pickled onions, queso Oaxaca, avocado and a house made cilantro aioli served with fries. Available this weekend only.

This pop up dinner is part of Chef William Wongso’s Ready-to-serve Beef Rendang launch event series, in which it will be kicked off by having Chef to do cooking demo, and sampling during Asian American Expo 2024, held in Pomona in Jan 13-14.

Been getting a lot of request for something like this. So here we go. Whole Wheat Sourdough toasted with olive oil. Avocado, Feta, pickled onion, everything bagel seasoning, arugula, whole grain mustard Vinaigrette with a touch of honey, heirloom cherry tomatoes and freshly made beet Chips. With a perfectly cooked hard boiled egg. Available starting tomorrow.

Want to take the time to thank all our guest that come in and support us. Thank you for being patient as we try to keep up with the demand. We do what we can with the people we have. We strive to deliver the best quality and tasting food as we can. It comes at a cost of not being as fast as we wish we could be. One thing we will not do is cut corners to try and get food out faster. Everything must be up to standard before leaving that kitchen. We promise to try and get more staff as soon as possible to try to even better the experience. Much love!

Coming this weekend. Our take on a Monte Cristo. Ham, turkey, Swiss, Cheddar battered and fried. Topped with powdered sugar, strawberry dust and served with a Strawberry/Orange sauce with a hint of rosemary. See you Saturday.
