I happened to go on the Sunday morning network shows today. And it was all filled with angry words, hate and angst. With a lot of chaos mixed in for good measure.
So I created a grid for calm and peace. Used amethyst, amazonite, jade and blue calcite.
Stay strong in the Light as it overcomes the darkness.
You are the ones making the difference now.

The magic of a hug. Any time you shake hands or give someone a hug, you interact with their energy. If you are a high vibrational Light Worker they will raise up to your energy through entrainment.
So, reach out, shake a hand, make a new friend. Give a hug and help lift someone up. One by one we raise the entire Energy! It helps the person a lot!...and raises the Energy of the planet.

Hold fast in your Light. A single candle can light a room. Several million can light up the world 🌎. Don't let fear and uncertainty diminish who you are !

Today's focus is on the babies and small children. They are the next wave of Lightworkers and need the guidance and counsel to accomplish their purpose. And I prayed for their parents, to help their children and give them the freedom they need.
In just 20 short years they will be the adults moving humanity forward.
Surrounding you with God's pure Love and Light, hold fast and be strong.

This week the focus will be Joy! Being joyful is a natural condition for us. It dispells fear and enhances gratitude. You easily vibrate higher when you are joyful.
We are just past the Winter Solstice so the days are getting longer! So focus on joyful.

Today is a "9" day in Numerology. So we focused on the power of 3. The number 9 is 3 - 3's. So I surrounded you, our country, and the world with 3 points of Light and ran God's healing and loving Light.

Today's focus is solar plexus Chakra. It is one of the major power centers, and is digestion.

I don't have many yellow crystals, but did find Citrine and Tiger's Eye, on my trusty 5" Metatron grid. Shine brightly my friends!

Today's Compassion grid. Barb said this energy is realigning.
I kept hearing the words alignment and focus.
And Archangel Jeremiah popped in for a while, that was interesting. Interesting session today.

It's the old "be the change...." idea.

Tolerance, compassion, empathy, and understanding for those struggling in this new energy. By holding our light and being the example, and lighting the way is the only way I know to help. Any other ideas?

There is so much fear being fed to us every day. I find it very tiresome.
Today's session focused on dispelling the fear. Providing strength to those who need it, comfort for people grieving, and courage to the emerging leaders among us. Holding the Light to help you on your path.

The first week of Fall, and the Equinox was on Tuesday. So tomorrow we will focus on balance.
