Ingredients:
1 packet of Indomie Instant Noodles (flavor of your choice)
8-10 rice paper sheets
½ small cabbage, thinly sliced
1 cucumber, julienned
½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
10-12 cooked shrimp, sliced in half
1 cup shredded carrots

Instructions:
- Prepare Indomie noodles per package instructions. Set aside to cool.
- Thinly slice cabbage, cucumber, and chop cilantro. Slice shrimp in half.
- Submerge rice paper in warm water for 10-15 seconds until pliable.
- Place noodles, cabbage, cucumber, shredded carrots, cilantro, and shrimp on rice paper. Fold sides than roll tightly.
- Serve with the dipping sauce of your choice and enjoy!
