Joining him for golf (and a little fishing) were our friends from Eddie's Quality Concrete and Whitfield Construction.

Internally, the consensus has been that this year’s float was the best in recent memory—in participation and ridership, in cuteness, and fun.

It turns out the parade judges agreed! Thank you to all who participated and made this possible. Special thanks to our driver, Nate Delfino and Dave Griffis, handiest of handyman.

Quick snapshot of what's happening at HLC!

Today HLC said farewell to Marge Mauritson, who, after 30 (and a half!) years, had the audacity to retire. We knew this day would come eventually, but that hasn't made this any easier. HLC will not be the same without her warm smile and sharp wit.

We wish Margie all the very best in this next chapter!

Exactly one year ago today, we officially opened our new doors in our new building. It seems like that was both yesterday, and a lifetime ago. It has been quite a year getting settled in, but we couldn't be happier in our new home.
