❤️📳 What is the true vibrational frequency of love ?

In order to understand love , it’s important to know that biologically it is a surge of oxytocin and dopamine (both naturally occurring hormones ) that can last about up to about 1-3 yrs, depending on the relationship ( yes I just learned this interesting fact! )

So in essence , in order to see love as a connection that can be maintained, we must nurture it and continually work towards improving your love connection with yourself, your partner , your friends etc .

“They’re” not lying when they say sustaining relationships take work …..not only personal development as an individual but also as a couple and in friendships .

***Of course , there are always exceptions to the rule, so please take this as a gentle reminder, if anything , on how our mind- body connection works and not simply as a stated or generalized fact ***

Love is like a radio station. Even though our natural tendency is to listen and enjoy our favorite music or station for long periods of time, sometimes you have to tune yourself to your partners favorite station and listen in, enjoy and comment on what he / she likes and enjoys as well .

No sound will maintain your relationship with anyone, together forever

No initial physical attraction is likely to continue to take your breath away until the age of 92

It is a combination of all of the above, working towards the common goals of

It’s about how often you “frequent “ together, Emotionally. Physically . Mentally . Spiritually .

I’m sharing this today as another resource , tool for support or simply just a means to meditate .

Because I have fallen in love all over again with how much sounds, vibrations , acoustics make me feel almost euphoric ☮️ I know it’s not all “in my head” but is it actually really IN MY HEAD ? Does that make sense ? 🤔🧘‍♂️🧠

I love the peace and quiet that comes with a house full of kids that are asleep and darkness lurking out the windows at night🌚

The mainstream 9-5 work/life balance was ingrained in our minds following years of watching previous generations drift through life in corporate grind . Isn’t it time we reconsider the benefits of a balance with more emphasis on “life” ? What better time than now to make the shift and focus on what’s really important to YOU 💜

Now, I’m not saying that this is for everyone , but if your soul is searching for more and you struggle to keep up with the grind , then break free from the social norms we put on ourselves and create a reality that you DO NOT NEED TO ESCAPE FROM 🫶💓
