Tuesday at 4:30p is Ashtanga Remix (AR)! It's a dynamic class that focuses on the entire body, synchronizing your breath through a set sequence of Sun Salutations and traditional Ashtanga yoga movements that build into a wide range of peak poses. This series offers a challenging and foundational practice to build upper body and core strength, moving at a steady pace allowing time to go deeper into poses. It’s the perfect blend of power yoga and Ashtanga.

Hey y’all! I’m introducing a NEW CLASS at the end of the month that requires light weights. We can get by with water bottles, but I’d really like to have hand weights. I’m looking for pairs of 1lb - 2lb - 3lb - 5lb. If anyone has some sitting around that you no longer need, I’d be happy to take them off your hands🥰. Thank you in advance!

Happy 2024! I can't believe another year has come and gone! Thank you all for showing up and creating this fabulous community! 2023 was an amazing year...full of new adventures and so many blessings!

With January comes the opportunity to hit the refresh button, make some shifts and try some new things. Having said that, I'm going to step out of my comfort zone and do a few things differently. I have added a Sunday evening Yin class at 5:30pm. I'm hoping this time will allow more people the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of a YIN practice and I know it will be the perfect ending to your weekend and get you mentally prepared for the upcoming work week!

I have also added a NEW CLASS... Warrior Sculpt. Thursday, Jan 25th will be the first class, so put it on your schedule to be there and try it for the FIRST time. This will be a vinyasa class that incorporates light weights (1lb / 3lb / 5lb...your choice) to help tone muscle and build endurance. Don't let the name scare you...all classes are designed to meet you where you are, from beginner to advanced, and this is no exception. I'm excited to share this class and think it will be a great addition to our offerings.

Finally, I'm looking at having some FREE / donation based special events this month, so keep checking this page for updates and information.

December is here!! I LOVE this time of year, but things can get overwhelming. In the midst of all the hustle and bustle, make time to recharge and rejuvenate! There are 5 different classes to choose from. Each class will meet you where you're at and is designed for all levels. In addition to that, I have some special things planned for each class and there will be a Candlelight event on Sunday, December 17th....Sip and Yin. Bring your favorite wine to share. We will mix and mingle first and then settle in for some juicy Yin. Looking forward to seeing you this month!
