Took this beauty out hunting with me yesterday. Do you need a great fixed blade for hunting season?

I went fishing with my dad today! Gotta soak up those moments and take every opportunity you can to spend with your parents. It’s always been a special thing that my dad and I share. We spent the day hunting big red fish and at the end we said, forget it. We went to one of our good spots on the bay and had a ton of fun catching these smaller reds and trout. I also got a big gaftop.

This is so important to inderstand. Marriage is a covenant relationship that mirrors our relationship with Christ! The Bible does not teach that all women should submit to all men. Rather the order is thus:
wife submits to husband, husband submits to Christ alone, and from that the husband leads the wife into truth and love in Christ Jesus. And just as the wife is only to submit to her husband, so the husband cannot submit to any authority which claims to be higher than Christ. Christ is the highest order and he is the husband of all believers male and female. Husbands love your wives as Christ loves the church and gave himself up for his bride! Be men…love your bride as precious. This is God’s order for men.

Phew! Today was busy! I got 18 sheaths ready to stitch and did a scavenger hunt for my youth kids tonight where they had to find the verses to the Roman’s Road to Salvation!

This little neck knife is made from AEB-L Stainless and is a very light and useful blade. It goes with me on every fishing trip now.

This was my Sunday carry. Didn’t go to church because I was at a trade show, but I preach a sermon on Sunday mornings for the vendors who want to come spend time with the Lord before we have to sell our wares. I’ve been digging this new model knife. I named it the Wendigo. I’ve been into listening to the Haunted Cosmos podcast a lot this year and thought it was a cool name for it.

Today was a fun (but hot) day at the Rockport Market Days! Come on out tomorrow and get yourself a new blade, or you can order by messaging me if you see something here that you like! I’m also more than happy to answer any questions on price, material, etc.

I don’t usually do leather work on the Friday before the show, but I have about 30 blades that need sheaths before tomorrow…so…yeah. Getting it done. No one told me when I became a knife maker that if you want to be able to be competitive in the market price-wise, then you have to do it yourself.

7 hour roadtrips with a baby are something else. We are in Rockport for the Fulton market days. Her face says it all…”Daddy are we there yet?”
